Dieting is a game where you win when you lose. Dieting is not about skipping the meal, instead it is about eating healthy. Sensible slim-down ideas stand the test of time irrespective of the dieting myths and misconceptions. Follow these homemade remedies and exercises to drop pounds. Focus on your body’s nourishment instead of depriving it.

1. Drink water

  • Drink water especially before meals. Drink it about half an hour before meals. It helps in weight loss.
  • It boosts metabolism helping you to burn off extra calories and detoxify your body.

2. Eat eggs especially in breakfast

  • Substituting grain-based breakfast with egg will reduce your caloric intake and you will lose more weight and body fat.
  • If it is too much for you, then you can go for any other healthy protein source like whey protein. It will increase lean muscle mass and accelerate weight loss.

3. Coffee with not too much sugar
